Well, unlike Angels who are originally of the Angel species, Celestials are just human beings bearing the status of a Celestial due to various reasons. 

To put it simply for you Mr./Ms. Anon, a human who possesses and transmits knowledge in the village institution called ‘school’ is called a ‘teacher’.  A teacher is still a human (let us not take that Hakutaku Keine for example shall we? ^^;) but upholds the title of a teacher due to his/her abilities.  The same applies in my case whereby I am a human being but regarded as a Celestial and hence, I do not have wings that grow naturally from the back of my body. 

However, if both of you insist that I should have wings due to my name or status as a Celestial, this is about the best I can do to oblige to your request, :)

I sense that you are tired of living life Mr./Ms. Anon.  I would not hesitate to grant you your death wish if you so please~

I-I am not so sure about that myself, was not really listening when Iku was rambling explaining on the details, ಠ_ಠ. So I presume this is the case?
